Exercise your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Use the form below to submit your withdrawal notice.

About this right

If you've changed your mind about an order, EU and French consumer law (Code de la consommation, articles L221-18 and following) gives you a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) physically receive your order.

You don't need to give a reason and you don't pay any penalty. You just need to notify us within the 14-day window, then return the items in their original condition within a further 14 days. We'll refund you in full (less the original outbound shipping cost on some orders) within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

What happens next

You'll receive an automatic confirmation email with the next steps, our return address, and a unique reference for your withdrawal request.
Pack and return the items in their original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition, within 14 days. We'll send you everything you need.
Once we receive the items back, we'll refund you within 14 days to the same payment method you used.

Items not covered by the right of withdrawal

Certain items are excluded under EU law (Code de la consommation, art. L221-28). For Sue Ure Maison, this includes:

Goods made to your custom specification or personalised at your request.
Sale items, where stated as final sale at the time of purchase.

All other items in our range are covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
